A Little Preview For You...

Here is a taste-tester of what you will be seeing at the February market... well some of it anyway.

It has been fun contacting stallholders over the last few days! The overwhelmingly positive response by both stallholders and the general public has been amazing! We can't wait for the 13th to get here.

So, keep spreading the word and we'll see you there :)

Calling all interested stallholders and buskers!

If you know anyone who might be interested in applying to be a stall holder at our first market (13th February) please ask them to contact us as soon as possible. Applications close on the 22nd January.

We are also looking for buskers for the day; get in touch with us and let us know what you can offer.

Coming Soon...

We are pleased to announce that The Barn Market will be commencing in February 2010 on the Eastern Shore in Hobart.

The Barn Market is intending to display local Tasmanian hand made art and craft products. We will showcase quality products and produce which is made and grown locally.

We are very excited about this prospect and we will be providing more information shortly.

Becoming a Barn Market Stallholder

There are 2 rounds of applications that go before the panel each year. We are always looking for artisans who hand make, design and produce high quality and unique products. Please email us to request an application kit to become a stall holder at The Barn Market in 2015.

The next round of applications closes January 2016

Please be aware that some categories of products (such as jewellery and children's products) are now in abundance at The Barn Market. In order to avoid over saturation of any one product type, we are now placing successful applicants in such categories on a waiting list to contact if a current stall holder from the same category ceases to participate.

Busking:

If you are a musician or in a band and have a music style that would suit the market atmosphere, please contact us for a busker application pack.

Fresh Produce and Cut Flowers:

If you are interested in selling fruit and vegetables, bakery products, cut flowers, etc at one of our markets, please get in touch with us. We have a small allocation of sites for these products.
